When life gives you very ripe bananas, make a smoothie!
Banana Cream Pie Smoothie
Makes about 2 cups of smoothie
1 ripe banana, preferably frozen and sliced
6 oz. vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 T oats
dash of cinnamon
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Note: For more of a milkshake feel, substitute 1 cup frozen yogurt or vanilla ice cream for the 1 cup of vanilla yogurt.
